Tamka 43 is a project undertaken by Paweł Kwiatkowski, a renowned promoter, producer of concerts and events, and chef Piotr Pielachowski.

The menu of entrées which he prepares is brief and constantly changes, due to the fact that the dishes served in this restaurant are created using only fresh, seasonal Polish and European products. Remarkable combinations of tastes and sous vide cuisine make for the unique character of this locale. The restaurant, wine bar and cafe are located in a central point of the city, in the modernistic building of the National Fryderyk Chopin Institute, vis a vis the baroque-era Ostrogski Palace. Today, the Institute building is home to the Fryderyk Chopin Museum, which is probably the world’s most modern biographical museum. The surroundings obligate, and that’s why this particular place is where a locale came to be, that the capital city needed so badly – a modern and unpretentious restaurant, that’s on a world-class level.

Amid the subdued and refined décor of the cafe found on the ground floor of the Institute, our guests can enjoy a variety of exquisite pastries and aromatic coffee. The Restaurant is located on the floor above, as is the Wine Bar, which offers an ample selection of alcoholic beverages and wines from every part of the world (150 to choose from), assembled by our sommelier.
